On 8 May 2012 WeeklyWorldNews.com published the article titled “Aliens Killing Peru’s Dolphins”. Sounds like the outlandish claim of a supermarket tabloid just to sell more copies, doesn’t it? However, WeeklyWorldNews.com also provides an official source to this rather “exotic” claim.

“While Peruvian government officials deny the claim, scientists at the Instituto Peruano de Contacto Extraterrestre (IPCE) confirm the rumor that aliens are attacking and killing the dolphins.”

WeeklyWorldNews.com editors even provide an official source with an official statement from that source.

Oswaldo Miranda, IPCE’s director of exploratory investigations, explains, “Everyone is asking, why dolphins? Why not snakes or mosquitoes? It’s an easy answer, really. People love dolphins. They like to swim with them, take pictures of them. Children love them. This is a statement killing. The aliens, wherever they’re from, are taking an aggressive stance. It’s like leaving a horse head in the bed of Peru.

Mr. Miranda is not the only official to make such a claim. Similar claims have been made by scholar like Alfred Lambremont Webre in his Examiner article titled “BP Gulf oil spill threatens whales, dolphins: "ET ambassadors" vital to Earth's light-energy grid.”

In this article, Mr. Webre suggests that the BP Oil Spill was launched in part, to attack Dolphin populations, and in the process, break down humanity’s spiritual interconnectedness with a higher dimensional consciousness that is associated with Ethical Extraterrestrial civilizations.

“The dolphins and whales serve as ambassadors between Earth and other Star Nations. They are the Wise Ones assisting humanity to accept the existence of other species who are intelligent and living in diverse realities nearby.”

At the 2005 Dolphin and E.T. Civilizations conference in Kona, Hawaii, Mr. Webre says he witnessed accounts of human visitors to Extraterrestrial craft who saw special large containers on the ET craft for whales.

Mr. Webre notes the telepathic abilities of whales and dolphins and complex operating communication between extraterrestrial civilizations and whales and dolphins in Earth’s oceans. Ms. Joan Ocean has been able translate diverse messages which Dolphins have sought to communicate to her, that is vital for we, as humans, to appreciate.

“The dolphins told me they are an Extraterrestrial civilization that lives in the oceans and rivers of Earth part-time. They have endeared themselves to humanity…  although when you look at them critically, you may notice – They are Grey with streamlined forms, big heads, unusual languages, and live in an airless environment, in a team mentality, extending gentleness and love to humans.
